HI, You can try to reset the IE settings -> Internet options -> Advanced -> Reinitialize Then if it still does not work you can also try to reduce security and check that a Active X is not blocked. CheersRgis BOUSSION

Hi, What is your connection type? Wired or wireless? If you have the router, please reset it and update the firmware from the manufacture's site. If you are using wireless, try wired connection. Also update the network adapter driver from Device Manager. If the issue persists, please run IE8 with no add-ons and reset IE to check the result. 1.Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tool -> Internet Explorer with no add-ons. 2.Reset Internet Explorer settings http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Reset-Internet-Explorer-settingsYour Name TechNet Community Support
